The good thing about Swing is that it has uniform behaviour over cross platform whereas its main drawback is that its slower execution.

No they are NOT!



sure, it could be handy to cross-index messages via labels (and i think you should keep them), but the advantage of folders is the way the human eye works (you guys are getting too tekky for your own good) we humans like to see what is there with the minimum of distracting clutter around. KISS.
