can a virus write to a CD-R?

Someone wrote in the wiki:

"One of the best backup storage media is CD. As virus cannot copy itself into the CD, using the same CD on another healthy computer will not infect it, unless the virus is present together with the files when the backup CD is created."

A computer is a machine that performs computation on information. Computation is the processing of

information following a model expressed as algorithm, protocol etc. It is ranging from human thinking to calculations.

To study computation, several models of computation are used but the most commonly examined is the Turing

machine. Alan Turing discovers Turing machine in 1937, an imaginary machine that consists of an input/output tape. The machine could perform any computations on numbers ...

1) in order to post something on the wiki, we have to sign up. which takes a great amount of my so called precious time.

2) i have better things to do. Unless i have alot of free time (like really bored and dont know what else to do), then i'd type something up.

Quantum Theory

Basically, it's the theoretical basis of modern physics that explains the nature and behavior of matter and energy on the atomic and subatomic level. In 1900, physicist Max Planck presented his quantum theory to the German Physical Society. Planck had sought to discover the reason that radiation from a glowing body changes in color from red, to orange, and, finally, to blue as its temperature rises. He found that by making the assumption that energy existed in individual units ...

In Uni, you are treated like wild dogs. You hunt in a pack, led by the leader (the lecturer). But, at the end of the day, it's ...
